  Our five star experience was all due to one person. A mature lady who served us through drive through. She waited through our order without snapping "is that all?" When she took our payment she said "good morning" "thank you" "how are you today?" McDonald's Engadine this team member is your best asset and I can assure you I have NEVER had such an amazing experience at any other fast food outlet. EVER. Maybe this might be the hint to provide employment for other older people who understand how to be pleasant and efficient.

  Plenty of parking. Conveniently located on the main highway. In my last visit however they didn't give me a bag for my many take away items, I had to try and not drop anything. My frozen coke was also not filled to the usual amount in the cup, suggests to me the employee lacks attention to detail and empathy for customers.
